Something in clear coat

Hey so I have a 2019 Honda Civic coupe and I was on my way about to leave from life guarding and I spot this it seems to be in the clear coat and won’t go away any idea what this is?

looks like a water spot. Try using some polish or water veniger mixture and wipe it down

Can you take some pictures from different angles? Very difficult to tell at the angle you've picked.
