Clutch Line adjusted to prevent 2nd gear crunch (mostly user error)
K/N Air filter swap in.
NEW Michelin PS3+ All season Tires 255/35/20.

New rear and front pads + resurface on BOTH rotors As well as a CLEAN bill of health from VALLEY HI HONDA (paperwork included) as of 11/5/20!

Car Runs like new. Drives like new. and is babied like its Always been new.
Tags were paid in October! so you got 11 months until you have to pay for them again

Looking for $36000. Bank owns the Loan @ 24k. If you give me 12k Cash and then I "sell" it to you for 24k, you'll save about $1000 in taxes.

Thanks man, I'll let The buyer decide.. I would formally Write a document up and get it notarized if they wish. I don't believe in California double fucking people in taxes. Blue states are the worst.
