I have sold a lot of things to the states from Canada and non of my buyers ever complained or told me they got dinged with import duties or taxes. I am sure I would of heard by now if they got hit with it.

I will have 2 wheels into a big box to act as double box, so it will be 2 shipments. I usually ship UPS or Canada Post/USPS
