I picked up a 2019 screen with volume knob and installed it on my 2018. I used it for about 6 months before deciding to go back to my 2018 knob-less screen. It works flawlessly and only takes about 10 minutes to install, it plugs into your existing head unit. There is one small scuff on the top left, barely noticeable but it’s there. You would be buying the screen with the buttons and the volume knob. $100 plus shipping will buy it.

After installing this screen, it no longer auto dims the screen when going from sunlight to dark. Minor inconvenience, but I preferred to have the dimming feature over the buttons and volume knob.
