Update: Car is sold
Well, the time has come to sell the r which is truly a bummer for me. It is by far my favorite car, dethroning my previous favorite car, my old '88 prelude (yellow 5spd). Needless to say, this kind of stinks for me.
The reason I have to let it go is I recently moved the family from Tampa to the mountains of PA and now live on a private mountain dirt road. The road is not terrible but it's not great either and it washes out pretty quickly. I've tried to justify keeping it in every creative way I can think of, going so far as seriously considering paying for the entire road (about a mile) to be paved just so I could drive it more. Admittedly, not my finest moment. Oh well. Unfortunately, It's just no longer the right car for me and I finally admitted it. We are a truck family now and the Ridgeline BE ain't so bad either.
Anyhow, as the title says, it is a 2018 pmm type r with roughly 14000 miles on it. I purchased it new in Tampa FL. It's always been garaged, looks essentially new, and is completely stock (was tempted to go hondata but never did) except for amber LED markers. The car has not been abused or raced (it was admittedly a handful for me so I rarely have it the beans), never smoked in, never eaten in, etc. I was always pretty anal about it so it's in great condition.
It has OEM all season mats (including trunk), red interior accessory lighting, red lit door bottom threshhold things, door edge guard, and some ppf in the door pockets and back strip on top of back bumper. The stock wheels are included in addition to a set of new 18" enkei tsv with michelin pilot sport as3+ tires (on the car currently) with less than 1000 miles and stock 20"s have about 13.5k miles on the stock contis with some tread left (not sure how much but far from bald and I can show pictures if desired). No curb rash or damage to any of the wheels. I also have an extra set of ridgeline black edition lugnuts that go with the stock wheels in addition to the chrome lugnuts and locking lugs with key. Also comes with rally armor flaps with the red text.
The bumper, grills, and intercooler were replaced due to hitting a tire on 75 a while back but all damage was essentially superficial. There's a post on here about it.
I'm pretty attached to this car so I'm in no particular rush to sell it and firm on $34k.
I'm posting some pics I have from my phone and will post some more tomorrow (it's too dang cold right now ?) .
Glad to answer any questions anyone has or take specific pictures if desired. Thanks for reading
Kevin
P.S. If I do ever get my road paved someday, I'll be back ? <- Me if that ever happens!
