I refer to it as "the Type-R", as in "are we taking your car or the Type-R?"

I remember my friend wanted me to specifically call his car, Z06 and not a Corvette. This was back in the C6 days. I'd say it was fair to call it what it is given the major differences between the 2 (i.e.: Jaguar XE vs Jaguar Project 8 for those who watches Grand Tour season 3).

I named my White CTR Luna after the Light Fury in How to Train Your Dragon. Although she is never given a name in the movie, a female dragon of the same species as Toothless in the book series was named Luna
