Smoked Side markers from Amazon

So I have these led lights coming in the mail and I'm just wondering where the green wire would go? I'm thinking its for the day time running lights?

This is some instructions..

Honda Side Marker Lights Installation:

Step1 :

Remove the fender liner fasteners

Step 2:

Pull back the liner and pull out the factory side marker light

Step 3:

Remove the bulb from the housing and unplug the bulb

Step 4:

Plug in the new LED side marker light into factory bulb location and then reinstall

Note:

Professional install recommended for switchback

What is switchback ?

The green wire will need to be wired to the turn signals positive wire. Switchback means that your side marker lights will act as a blinker when the blinker is turned on and it’ll turn back to white when the blinker is not in use.

I just got the email back and here is what he says.. ;


The green wire should be wire for the positive of the DRL(daytime running light.
