I think a really nice addition to the site would be a "Featured Topics" page. Sure we have stickied topics within the individual forums but sometimes they get lost in the shuffle.
For example, my tuning survey thread. If it was on the "Featured Topics" page, with a link on the CivicX home page, more people would see it and add their tuned car which is good for the community.
There are many other great topics from the various forums that could be added to a page like that. Matter of fact, if I remember correctly, we actually had something like this before the last major site update.
