I think that they must be more common now. I’ll occasionally catch a few necks breaking, but I’ve been surprised by how well the car scoots under the radar. Maybe because I went with black?

I live in a college town where it gets lively during non-summer seasons. Other than rare occasional looks, I think our cars only triggers those who are avid Honda fans or enthusiasts of the Type R brand since the 90s 'japan-only' thing.

I need a GoPro or any dashcam. All the trouble I get is on the freeway at night. I see all the stanced Honda’s and what not follow me and get peace signs thrown up. The most expensive car that rolled up on me in the Los Angeles freeways was the merc Amg Gt. That was fun giving him a lil chase and leaving him a few cars back...

So this happened today...Going to the store with my daughter today, minding my own business, not speeding or breaking any traffic laws and I see a cop in an Explorer closing quickly. I move over and pulls up next to me and gestures to roll the window down. I'm thinking he wants to tag me for tint. So he asks me how I like the car and tells me he has an RSX and he's never seen a Type R except in magazines. Told him I had an RSX-S previously. He says he's going to get one soon. It was the most positive interaction I've had with a police officer in my life!
