SI stops reving at full throttle

I couldn't find an answer to this but, when I go full throttle sometimes the engine would stop revving at around 5k rpms for just like a second and then start pulling again. Is this clutch slip, or transmission issues or engine?
I have a catless dp, fp, maperformance exhaust, race intake and Phearable tune. Stock clutch.

If it were clutch slip the revs will continue to climb without a corresponding increase in speed.

That's what I was thinking, I don't think it's a clutch issue.
