I'v been researching for some subwoofer custom enclosure and amplifier set up in the trunk, what I really wanna do is put 2x 12in subwoofer in the trunk with custom box; so when I put down the back seat it would just a board with my subwoofer facing inside and when you look inside my trunk I wanna cover half of my trunk with a false carpeted board where all my amplifier will be screwed and still have half of my trunk to throw in some groceries. Please post some pics so I can get some ideas....thank you I'm advance.

You could always do Infinite baffle. Super easy in the civic and uses almost no trunk space. This 1 15". 2 12s fit easily. 2 15s should be pretty easy.

I wanted a similar setup for mine but the shop told me something I have heard before. They told me if sound is more important then the subs need to face the trunk. They said the sound bounces off the trunk and gives a better sound. And as far as your amp I was told never mount your amp to the sub box or even near them because the vibration from the subs could damage the amp. My amp is mounted under my driver seat. I went with the JL audio 10tw1’s because they are not power hungry and require very small ported boxes so I was able to save a lot of trunk space. My amp is a fosgate 1000 watt that pushes 300 watts continuous to each sub, which is the recommended power. They sound awesome.

I have a lof gear from other builds. I just tried 2 12s on 2kw 2'Âł 32hz and it's super violent. Headliner came uncliped spoiler might come off violent. My mirror stayed on though. Going to try a single SA X12 on 2kw but it will probably still be too loud.

Do those slim JLs pound?
You're going to need at least 1kw and 2 cubes for a "pound" but you're also going to need like 80x4 for your components to match it...

Actually these subs require very little airspace. Just over a half a cube each in a ported box. And they only need 300 watts. I got 300 going to each of mine and both are in a ported box to spec and they sound amazing. That’s the beauty of these slim line subs is that they give you big sound but out of small boxes.

done MANY MANY subs just the ones I remember, I had 2 8's under the back seat of a 96 Tahoe and like a 12 or something in the back of which cheap brands I don't remember then:
1-Eclipse Aluminum 12"
2- Eclipse Aluminum 12"
1- Eclipse Titanium 15"
2- Planet Audio BB212D (NOT the BB12D)
2- DC Audio Level 3 15's
spread over half a dozen or more cars over the last 20 years, 1 thing I can say with 100% certainty, forward firing sub is the WORST POSITION and is to only be used when no other options are available. When I had the Titanium 15 in one of my old Hondas I tested every direction with the same box with the exception of down firing and forward firing was the worst. I am thinking about trying a down firing configuration as soon as finances allow for a new system, gotta start looking for a second job right now.

That is very true. I seen this myself. Rear firing gives the best sound. The shop I go to is the place that showed me. They said it bounces of the trunk, hatch, etc. In my Tahoe I tried forward and sounded dead. I turned it around and the bass got deep.
