A sucker is born every minute apparently ...

Found this on cars.com and it's the craziest thing I've seen. A '20 Si with 37,000+ miles for $36,500. And cars.com thinks that's a "fair deal"? WTF.

Must be one of those, "single owner, all highway miles, freshly serviced, this deal won't last long" type deals.

Hello all. So I'm in the market for a SI since the Type R is wayyyyy over priced at the moment. So I figured I'd post on the SI forum so ask if this price is a bit off. This is at my local Honda dealer. Seems it to me. Thanks for your time.

I got mine in July this year for ~27.5K with about 10K miles on her, including exhaust upgrade and window tint. I know that if I looked around a bit more I probably could have found one for an even better price or better miles- but this one, she spoke to me haha!

Mine wasn't certified pre-owned, but that shouldn't make up that much difference. This can also be negotiated in a deal, that's about 1K to 1.5K they will try to add to that base price. Also do you qualify for any of those discounts? that's probably the price for a disabled veteran + senior citizen + disadvantaged youth + first-gen college student + living in the territory of Guam + installed solar panels + etc, etc.

Don't forget tax, tag, title, and undercoat protection (lol) when considering the price.

I suggest you keep shopping.

Unless you absolutely need the car right now, wait for the 11 gen, but keep in mind with doing that, you’ll more than likely be paying adm on that as well, but at least it’ll be brand new. If you do plan to wait, keep shopping until then, never know what you’ll find.

I recently sold my SI, well traded it into the dealer for a new 2021 CTR. I was Full bolt on, big turbo, tuned, e85, the whole 9. They wanted my car as is and i got almost that haha about $6k off from that for the trade. Mine was a 2020 with 23k miles. Right now the used car market is at a high. Take advantage of it.

I just got my 2020 Si Coupe today (upgraded from a 13' Si) for 27,500 here in W. PA there's only 7700 miles on it. I know its still a bit over price but was the only thing I could find with low miles and that was a 2020 model. Had to look around for a while but I'd say keep looking even with that mileage its priced way too high.

According to all sorts of news and reports, the chip shortage will last into the 1st and possibly 2nd quarter of 2022. Prices of new and used R's will remain high. Depending on what the 11th gen Si's specs are, 10th gen Si's may or may not come down anytime soon either...especially if you were wanting a coupe.

Just FYI I bought my 2020 Si with 4k miles on it at the start of the pandemic in April 2020 for 22k! I bought my CTR 2021 Brand new off the showroom floor for 37,500( yes under msrp). Just last week I bought a 2017 SI sedan with 60k miles on it for $18,500. Keep looking deals are out there. For refrence the same dealer has two more CTR’s and they want 59k for boost blue and 64k for yellow Limited model. Crazy times!

Crazy man! My 2017 SI I feel is like a steal at 18,500. I have not seen one under 21k for a while. They were asking 21k and I talked him down
