Many have done that, or the other way around. The only thing that you have to deal with is the muffler tip.

For non Si owners who do the Si bumper covers swap, you can leave the existing muffler as it is, but live with the HDMI cutout.

For Si owners who do the regular bumper covers swap, you have to get the sport sedan rear bumper cover with minor mod on muffler tip layout.

The coupe has different bumper, can't even swap the vents.

You can do any bumper covers though if you are handy by bonding two bumper covers in one which has been done many times.

This is an example of a guy who chopped both bumper covers so that he can have the hatchback lower portion bonded on his sedan.
