I bet it will be softened up a lot. I remember when they teased the WRX concept years ago that actually looked pretty awesome.

What actually came out is fisher price compared to the concept.

I think that the data has shown that you don't need AWD or 4WD for snow driving. It's not the drivetrain, its the tires. You can certainly drive a FWD civic in the snow. Literally thousands of people have been doing it for 30+ years. I used to live in CT and drove an 8th gen no problem in HEAVY snow. I have a CTR and we've had one snow storm in PA and it was fine with all seasons (and i'm sure i'd be 100x better with snow tires).

Throw some snow tires on it and you'll be good to go, unless you really just want an STI.

I cant stand the amount of front and rear overhand of the STIs. If the damn wheels were more toward the corners I'd think about it.
