It's an awesome investment, if you can buy it for sticker.

Dollar per mile will be awesome when compared to cars 2-3x's its price.
i agree. i am getting my car at msrp , if i were to buy a used bmw for 35k it would depreciate more thenthe CTR

A car should never be looked at as in investment. It's a depreciating asset no matter how much value it holds.

Unless you are buying a rare exotic car where only 10-1000 are made . Or you have a garage the size of jay leno and you are a car freak. Just my opinion

You should just keep the car and enjoy it. Since you will retire soon you can enjoy the car even more. It's too much of a hassle to sell a car that is somewhat in a used new condition. There are a few used ones on eBay with less than a 100 miles and they are having a hard time selling because most people claim that they have a loan that is more than the depreciation value and their asking pricing is more than what some dealers are asking with a markup.
