Just did my first CVT oil change on this car and this came up should I be worried did the change at 30k miles?

Love your avatar! Fellow pede all the way no doubt. I'm a little concerned looking at that but someone with more experience with CVT's should chime in here. I have a manual SI.

Love your avatar! Fellow pede all the way no doubt. I'm a little concerned looking at that but someone with more experience with CVT's should chime in here. I have a manual SI.
Thanks for complement🫂 but I hope the CVT is all good I do know minimum shaving is somewhat normal but after putting the CVT cooler it should help more with wear and tear 😢 just hope it ain't the end of a good transmission

What is wrong with the plug ?
Just some metal shaving from the CVT fluid change never done one in my life so I'm not used to these things

your chillin. Mine was very dark, pretty much “burnt” and had shavings. That was 30k miles ago.

Normal to see some metal on the magnets in pan or drain plug.

Why CVT cooler? Are you tracking the car?
