Recently ordered mugens new red carbon fiber knob. Looks beautiful, can’t wait to get it and install it on my ctr. No more burning my palm either. It’s available on Amazon for those looking

Link? Though I found the red accessory knob didn't heat up nearly as much as a black carbon fiber one I found.

How do you know that's not a fake Mugen product?

Edit: more specifically, the black carbon fiber Mugen shift knob retails for about 200 USD while the leather one is about 175 USD (JHPUSA, Evasive Motorsports, and King Motorsports).

I think the only authorized Mugen dealer in the states is King Motorsports, so buyer beware if you purchase from somewhere else.

Lol that's definitely fake. But at $30, maybe worth a shot.

Went with the JDM optional S660 titanium knob. Shouldn't be a hot iron in the summer since it has 10 times less thermal conductivity than aluminum alloy.
