Hi,
I wonder what is the procedure we service the rear brake with e-brake when we change the rear brake pad/disc in future?
Like we need to re-arming the e-brake after change the brake pad or need to input a specific code to re-calibrate it?
Like audi/VW we need input release e-brake and re-arm the e-brake after change brake pad.

Maybe a mechanic from Honda Dealer can check their procedure for rear e-brake?

Thanks,

I had no issues after just twisting the rear brake piston to retract the e-brake when I did the rear pads on my EX-T. No need to remove e-brake or do any sort of calibration.

I didn't use any special software for the ebrake when I replaced the rear pads and rotors. Just turn off the ebrake before you start and use the standard brake caliper piston twisting tool.

I think the only real difference with this type of ebrake is that when you bleed things, you're supposed to disengage/re-engage the handbrake like 5x afterwards.
