I"m surprise that you get a B19 inspection, because in the user manual page 482 there is no B inspection for Canadian models (2016)My last oil change had the B 1 9 indicated. I paid to have the brake service completed even though the car only had about 34,000 KMs. It's good to take the brakes apart and lube up the pins. Most people don't do it at all and just accept they will have to do corrective maintenance whenever the problem occurs. With our Winters, I think doing the brakes in the spring is a good idea.
