Well I’ll be dad gummed.. your right CincyTypeR, the rear hangers do appear to be on backwards!

What a great catch. Thank you for pointing it out. The exhaust was installed by a local shop before I had a lift, so figured it was on correct. Will have to fix when I get some time!

The one mod I didn’t DIY ?

My wonky shop install. Goes to show if want something done right.... ?

I was referring to the other hangers on the back not the one you circled in blue. If you look at bouford last photo it shows the orientation of the rear hanger like what is on the photo on the website. What it looks to me is your hangers got flipped to the wrong sides (what should be on the left is on the right and vise versa). But if everything is good then I guess in the end it doesn't matter. I am the one having clearance issues so who am I to be one to point anything out lol.

Correct it is hitting that area. I will have to see if they shop I had it installed can try and move it forward anymore. Am going to wait until I get some mileage on it as I mentioned.

Thanks for posting photos of yours
I also have this exhaust (and love it) and have a pretty decent picture of under the car at that area. It definitely appears close after installation which was performed by Joe himself. I personally do not hear any knocking as the fit seems pretty secure/firm, even though that specific area does appear to be close. I've included all the pics I took the day it was installed just to maybe help with rotational aspects at the different slip joints, but also wanted to show off its sexiness. ?

Your hanger in one of the photos looks like it is about to fall off the muffler.

Well today I just tried to adjust the slip joints again. About same clearance as before and driving around normal no issues. Once I got on the gas hard for a little quick pull it shifted and was sitting on the jack point again. Parked the car back in my storage and bet when I return to it the muffler will have settled back and not touching that area again. I may have the shop see if they can cut a touch off on of the pipes so everything shifts forward and away from that.

Actually now that you mention that, I think this picture was taken while Joe was still fiddling with fitment, so I wonder what that jack point area looks like now. I gotta get under there and assess the situation.

I really hope you're able to figure out your fitment. I'd definitely take it back to the installer and see if they can fiddle with it again.

I am going to attend a track on Laguna Sega with 90db restriction. I have the sequence exhaust and RV6 catted d/p. I think it would be too loud under WOT. Do you guys think if it is okay to put a hose line clamp on the vacuum line on track? Or it would be safer to disconnect the vacuum line and put a cap on the T?

I’d be surprised if a catted DP would make it too loud... that said, to be safe, could bring a plastic plug or insert that fits the vacuum line... probably 3/16” and secure the plug and hose using zip ties at the track if needed. Would advise against a clamp in case it were to fall off during a session and become a road hazard for others or give you a vacuum leak.

Might be getting this exhaust used. Anything I should be looking out for?

EDIT: Just made the purchase. Can't wait to get this installed. Probably will add on a front pipe while i'm at it.

per @boosted180sx, i concur you will need to provide the following:
1. 3/16" Vacuum Tee
2. clamps or zip ties to tie hose to the Tee so the vacuum hose doesn't pop off possibly causing a vacuum leak
3. zipties to route the vacuum hose from rear to the front of the car
4. 3x 30mm M12 x 1.25 bolts after knocking off the studs off the front pipe if your using OEM front pipe (25mm might work)
5. 3 bolt gasket for the front pipe to the exhaust connection
Just ordered a Rv6 front pipe. So I think the included hardware will take care of items 4 and 5. For items 1-3 that was listed, is that needed for the install? The person I'm getting the exhaust from said i didn't need anything else.

Need to attempt to look through this thread. But wasn't someone on here seeing that the exhaust only is coming out the two tips?

After waiting forever and a day to get mine installed and getting the fit right I noticed the exhaust is only coming out of the middle and right. Still under 500 miles on it.

yes, you need items 1-3 to utilize the vacuum controlled valve in the middle.

For the tees, is this what you're referring to? Sorry for the questions. Am new to these things and want to make sure I got everything for the install.

it should only come out the middle under high load when the valves are open.
when your normally driving, it should come out both but when your driving normal, your also not really building up a lot of soot so that may be why. My 2 outer tips look clean as hell while the middle is all black lol.

Guess caveat for consideration is I haven't ran the vacuum line yet. But while sitting idle and I put my hand in front of tips can feel the flow on the right tip and barely anything on the left. With that said you would think the left tip should be black like the others since the valve has been closed all the time.
