So let me re-ask because there's some confusing information.

I have an FC1, a 2017 honda civic si SEDAN... would this fit, without hood pins?

Also, is the scoop real, or for show?

The scoop is functional so far is it is a direct flow to the engine, it's not blocked off. However, like the Type-R hood scoop don't expect it to do much.

It is my understanding that this will fit any sedan/hatchback 2016+. I have an fk7 and use the hood latch, no pins are needed.

Regarding wiper fluid. All you have to do is reroute the fluid tube through the new hood. Stock it is routed through the hood so you will obviously have to remove it in order to change out a new hood.
