Hello y’all. I have a 2017 si with a few mods. Race CAI, catted dp, exhaust, tsp stage 2 tuned at e35. I’m curious what oil to run as I’m getting close to my first change since the mods. I’m debating if I should go thicker and heavier due to the added mods. Also looking for a brand recommendation. Thank you for all feedback

I really enjoy Motul 0w-20 it is a 100% synthetic instead of "full synthetic" it's really high quality stuff you can get it @ TSP

Always try to find oil thats says strictly 100% full synthetic, that's how you know it's actually full synthetic if that makes sense

I use Rotella 5-40 full synthetic (comes in large 5 quart bottles at Rural King) in a full E85 set up (not a Honda) and change at 2,500 miles because of corrosive blow by. Learned this pro-tip from drag racer's who are also mechanics, any diesel grade full synthetic is a huge upgraded oil platform when running extra corn fuel.
