Scratches in my touchscreen

Heyo, got some minor scratches and one a bit more significant scratches in my 2018 civic ex touchscreen, insurance will only replace with a recycled part so im hoping theres a way i can buff/remove em?! Thanks!

thx for the reply! What kinda rubbing compound ? And where would that and the protecter be available? Lil late for the protector i guess cuz i either didnt notice it when i bought it or it was the guy who broke in but could t hurt to have !

i made my own screen protector day one

I purchased a screen protector off amazon before removing the plastic protector...it was around 10 bucks for 2 of them fyi...
