Unfortunately I don't see a phone number. If you use the contact page https://twostepperformance.com/contact-us/ Corey usually gets back to me within 24 hours. Just hold on a bit, they are probably a bit busy. Sometimes they will also anwer you thru this forum

Once you get the Ktuner email them the unit # and the order #. You will get the stage 1 tune right away.
