I know I had a titanium knob, I don't remember if it came from a Fit or an S2000 thoughBrilliantNow to find one!
The titanium Honda Fit accessory shift knob looks similar in shape and size to the S2000 one from back in the day.

Any OEM Honda knob will thread on, with probably exception of NSX Zanardi/Type S knob due to length.
