Soooooooooo which one is better??? I have looked at the dyno charts & seen the poll. My own personal opinion is that the rv6 is better built/of highest quality. They also appear to have done extensive r & d when developing their products.

RV6 is modular too, if that makes a difference. :)

Just got my RV6 Catless DP with Black Ceramic Coating for my SI. Going to get my custom tune at Fine Line Imports with my Injen CAI and this DP. Also have a FX 350 Clutch.

Well here's a clip of how it sounds. Have not messed with anything on Ktuner as it is still fully factory tune. The Ceramic Coated V6 Catless DP sounds loud and mean on my SI. No codes were thrown as they have their defouler.

Is it necessary to change the electronics without catalyst? Are them compatible with ark performance exhaust?

Can any one comment on the actual gains with the downpipe. PRL claims 10 Hp @ peak. RV6 shows only a 5 Hp gain @ peak (without tune). RV6 seems to be built better, ceramic coated and preserves the thermal shield (which should all add to more performance). I assume the dyno runs were with the catless dp (can RV6 confirm?).

I'm trying to decide if I should do the CAI or dp first. I don't plan on tuning immediately since I'm afraid of voiding the warranty.

Thanks in advance.

"On a turbocharged engine, we understand the importance of thermal management. This is especially important with the air intake path directly over the downpipe."

This came from RV6 description for their DP/FP. I was kinda leaning towards RV6 because of the heat shields but do I need to even worry about that since I have PRL Cobra CAI?
I would rather go with PRL for the Catted option.... but am also all about keeping things cool.

i most likely will go with the PRL, the place that will be tuning my car swore by PRL, and they produce some crazy fast cars so i will take their word for it.
