Got my Civic Hatchback Sport about a month ago and the car only has 600 miles on it, and I don't drive it hard at all. After one rain storm, the rear rotors accumulated some rust (which I know is normal), but for some reason the rust is not coming off completely. It almost looks like the rust is smearing on. I had a 2015 honda accord before this Civic and the rust would come off those rotors completely after about 5 minutes of driving. I have pictures of the Civic's rotors before and after the rust. Anyone else experiencing the same? What do you think? Thank you
