just search 330x28mm brake rotors and you get anything from centric, powerstop, to brembo blanks and even replacement buddy club rotors (why are these $600+?).

Rotor Diameter: 330mm (13")
Nominal Thickness: 28mm (1.102")
Minimum Thickness: 25mm (0.98")
Lug Holes Quantity: 5
Bolt Circle: 114.3mm (4.5")

Have you had any luck in finding replacement rotors for this caliper?
Yes i have found the authorized seller for BuddyClub rotors, but I sold the calipers and went with a set of calipers from a Hyundai Genesis instead.

You can find a set of these calipers on eBay for around $300-$450/set. You then need to buy a set of rotors from Nissan Rogue with 3rd row seat on R1 concepts for around $200/set + brake pads cost.
