Rooftop bike rack

I'm looking for a rooftop bike rack for my coupe but I'd like for the bike to be upside down can I do this with any rack or do they have specific ones

They make different adapters that are multi-fit, but I'm not sure if they have exactly what you are looking for. Probably though. Even if they didn't, wouldn't be hard to build some.

So for any bike rack there are adapters depending on how someone would want there bike placed?

I have a '17 coupe and I believe that Thule said they will NOT be making a foot kit. So there's that. I went with a Curt hitch and a 1UP-USA hitch mount. My roof rack is collecting dust. Let us know if you have luck sourcing a foot kit. Thule, Yakima and Rhino Rack are all a no go, at least for now.
