Maybe im searching wrong, but does anybody have a recommendation for a roof rack for my hatch? Im going on a long road trip soon and im looking to maximize space.

Makes sense. Ive seen the ones posted above but nothing for civic. Any suggestions for universal or aftermarket?

roof racks will indent the sides of your roof, there is even a TSB to back that up.

I've seen people have good luck with the brand "Thule" for roof racks. Check their site for which models fit the hatchback.

I have Yakima Aero rack on my '18 HB since car was new. It was repurposed after the previous '11 Fit was totaled.

I leave Yakima on 24/7 and made a custom T6 aluminum, rack mount basket on top of the Yakima when I need to transport bulky/long/heavy item. Take the custom rack off when it is not needed due to slight annoying whistle at above 65 mph.

Yakima is a nice well made rack, by itself, it is quite at any speed. I ceramic coated it, so it looks pristine since it was used on the '11 Fit. Base mounts were installed using Yakima's supplied torque tool. Both car has no visible damage from the 4 mounting point.

I found these (free) and they sit snug. Im gonna give a quick drive and see how bad the noise is. Im only going to use racks for this cross country trip and maybe the rare occasion. I will then mod mount a basket i got for 60 bucks.

I have a Thule square bar setup, no issues with dents on my roof, and I’ve run it for 3 years on my blue hatchback. On my 21 I had them on for a few months and removed them recently for the MPG still no issues with damage. From what I remember, there were not footpacks available from Thule the last time I checked. I’m keeping my setup because I spent $200 on it lol

These look good. The ones i found should leave no dents as the base is pretty much in the channel. I just rode with them with no box and i actually forgot they were on so no noticable air noise.

These were the 2 I was eyeying up for mine. I just haven't pulled the trigger as I'm waiting to see the Integra to see if i'm upgrading or sticking with the 10th gen for the long haul.
