Rewind not working anymore. Steering wheel Control defective?

Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone has had trouble using their rewind button after awhile. I primarily used Apple CarPlay to listen to music from my iTunes library and Spotify. Recently anytime I want to rewind part of a song, I press and hold to rewind as I usually have done for the last 3 years, and all it does is start the song over, no longer rewinding. The fast-forward still works, but the rewind is hit and miss. Most of the times it starts the song over, sometimes it will rewind but very rarely.

Anyone else have this same issue or is this just me? Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thanks again!

That sounds like a dirty contact in the switch. You could try to blow it out with duster spray and see if that makes a difference.

We can rewind using steering controls? I thought we can just hit next or previous song
