The air ducts? Probably not the rev 9 is pretty small compared to for example the prl IC that’s why the prl comes with their own ducts made by them

So is it direct bolt on like a stock intercooler without modifying/ cutting anything?

I was on the same boat as you but I gave prl a chance and the quality of work they put into these things is insane... Highly recommend it

I get that the PRL intercooler is great... but is it worth nearly $400 more? Seriously asking. Even if the PRL intercooler is better, which I’m sure it is, is it $400 better?

glad this thread has survived! I’m just very curious how this thing holds up for the price. Seems decent.

Yes, it's a budget option but does it perform as a 27won or PRL ?

if u are staying on stock turbo then rev9 intercooler would be fine, unless you are autocrossing/tracking your car in hotter region like Arizona or Florida then i would suggest to go PRL/Mishimoto/27WON.

I got rev9 intercooler coz i dont track my car nor m going for bigger turbo, plus i got my rev9 intercooler straight from China in $250 with shipping.

I am not tracking but in that case even the stock should be sufficient for just some canyon carving. we can save that $250 too by leaving stock intercooler
