Replace struts and keep lowering springs, or get Coilovers?

I've been lowered on Eibach Springs for around 50k miles, and I'm starting to hear some squeaking. I think the increased stress on the struts has worn them out.

Anyone who has run into this, are there OEM+ replacement struts (Bilstein?) that we use, or is the move to get coilovers from here? The Tein Flex Z have been calling my name.

Thanks in advance.

I wanted to replace the shocks/struts and springs, but I decided I didn't want to lower the car, would coilovers be a good choice or are there other performance focused kits that aren't adjustable but still provide a firm, sporty ride? Or would it be better to replace each individually?
