Why is the manager in charge of your driveway? You should make a solid paste with baking soda and you will need to soak/cover it for awhile.

Just water and baking soda I'm assuming?
She also went inside my garage without my permission šŸ™ƒ that's another reason I'm upside. Also how long should I have the baking soda mix on it for?

At least half an hour. If itā€™s on there for weeks, youā€™ll probably need more than 1 time and also use degreaser in between like simple green.

Wouldn't simple green destroy the asphalt?

I used to use it on stock wheels all the time, it never affected the paint on the alloy wheels. I wouldnā€™t use them on my volks. But if I had stock wheels again, I would use it. Itā€™s not corrosive.

So in practice it won't chew the asphalt away then huhšŸ¤” I gotta give it a try honestly I feel like she's finding a reason to talk about

... or you could Google it - remove oil from asphalt.
Dish detergent, cat litter etc also work.
Be cautious of chemicals as some "eat" the asphalt.
