I need to remove the garnish assembly on the hatch, but I cannot find instructions on how to do it. I ruined the clearcoat/paint on it trying to remove an ugly dealership sticker. =\ I considered just buying a new piece, but I'm going to see if a local body shop will let me take the trim piece to them and have them respray it. This is the part in question.
I've looked around trying to find a guide or video that shows how to remove this piece, but either I'm not describing the panel correctly or no one else has had to remove this before. It's the panel with the Honda "H" and the "Civic" badge that overlaps the license plate inset.
