Remote Start in northern Ontario

When I remote start my 2016 Civic Touring, the fan is on low, temperature is low, no rear defrost. This is useless. I cannot find settings to change it. I remote start to get my windshield defrosted and this car sucks at it right now. Are there settings I can change?

Not sure if there's a setting, but mine acts according to the temp outside. Lately my fans are blasting at full speed. Maybe get it checked out at Honda.
