Hello, I have a Civic 10th Touring 1.5T in Brazil. I bought a Ktuner V1, unfortunately I was surprised to find that they do not support my ECU. A brand here in my country provides full support for my ECU, but they offer a relatively high value. I would like to know if there is a possibility for someone to provide the remap file that will fit in my car, so that I do not have to bear the additional cost of the remap I was not expecting.
Thanks
My ECU is: 37820-5AA-M71

Have you tried clicking the plus to see the maps?

Yes, unfortunately everything is blank. I got in touch with Ktuner on their forum and they informed that the ECUs in Brazil are served by the brand I mentioned above. (I think it is absurd, because in addition to buying the Ktuner product, it is necessary to pay to do the remap, since outside of Brazil you already have the maps ready in the Ktuner application). So I would like to know if there is a file that I can install in my car.

It isn’t a one fits all, there are different ecu models that all require different configs to remap the ecu so we can’t just give you one for any ecu and have it work

You can try but it will say the tune isn’t compatible with your ecu and won’t load to the ktuner
Could I create a new map by copying the parameters of the one I downloaded? How would I do that, could you explain me?

So basically it’s 100% incompatible. You can’t start from scratch because you need a base tune to modify. If you try using one or the base tunes that you found it won’t work because it won’t match the ecu you are stuck buying a different tuner, waiting on ktuner or paying the local tuner
