Recall: fuel level sensor software update.

Just got a recall notice for my 2019 EX 2.0L. Anybody else? How could the fuel level sensor be under a recall? Reads high so you run out of gas before it is close to empty?

Was you emmisions light on?

I talked to dealership and looks like it's the gas censor that's causing the engine light to come on.

Seems to be an issue with the 19s as I've seen several people having this issue. Glad it's being resolved.

I didnt have a light on. Havent had any lights go on so far. But I am only at 4000 km.

I got called for the recall aswell.
When I got my 19’ coupe sport after 400km the emmisions light popped up
Went to the dealer to have it checked, they said nothing was wrong with the engine physically, they sent a report to Honda assuming that it probably has to do with the fuel sensor
So now they called me in to have a software update

Hondalink app on my phone. Which is a useless piece of #$%&&!.....the app that is.....and ok the phone too. But the Hondalink app is a double useless piece.

Well I guess it worked well enough to give you that recall info lol

I'm in Canada and didn't get a call or email, called up dealership to set up apptmnt and they told me the problem.

Anyways got it replaced today and that annoying light is gone
