This past weekend while driving back from Pennsylvania, accidentally pressed and rolled down the right rear window. I tried to roll it up but it didn't work. Tried it on the left rear window, it went down and same thing, wouldn't roll up.

Turned the engine off while in traffic and turned it back on. Still did not work. Finally when we reached back jersey to drop off my friend. I tried to turn the engine off again and waited for about more than 5 minute before I turned it back on. The rear windows were working again.

Saw some post regarding this issue that turns out to have more issues after bringing them to the dealer. Not sure if I should mention this problem when I bring my car for oil change.

Might be that you accidently hit the Power Window Lock instead of the window up/down switch - done this a number of times in our '12 Si.
