Rear Driver Side Speaker

Was moving some luggage today out of my FK7 with a buddy when he pulled hard and a wheel caught on the rear driver’s side speaker. Left a good 2 inch gash on it. Anyone have an idea of what to do for this? Seems like parts wise, I would have to buy the entire door assembly, but moving costs have me in a tight situation.
