Yes. You have to cut the metal in order to get the same look. Not a lot...just enough for the tires to clear.
Clear the tires? I don't understand.

Did you guys do the exhaust yourself or get it with the kit. I was looking at this diffuser with the double top each side. They’re selling the kit for $250 + $50 shipping from China to me in Canada. Would be $300 total. Not sure if I can get the diffuser from China and get the tips here cheaper.

I wouldn't spend that much money on anything from china unless it's verified.

Bought separately and had a shop custom fit it.

I got mine today. Came is less than 7 days from China. Total was $300 Canadian no taxes or brokerage. I bought diffuser and pipes kit. Dual pipe each side. The diffuser was super easy without removing the bumper. For the two upgrades that can be done on the backend I’m not going to remove the bumper for either of them I don’t find it necessary. And I feel like it would be way too much work and possibly damage it somehow.

It really doesn’t look that bad. I thought it might look weird not being flush like oem but I like it.

I’m having a bit of trouble with the pipes though. The pipes all connect together very nicely but the tailpipes on my car are a different size than what came.

Forgive my metric measurements the OEM muffler tips are 54mm OD and what came was a manufactured elbow with a 42mm ID slip on connection that’s supposed to slide over my muffler outlet. Has anyone else ordered a kit like this? I’m thinking the muffler outlets are a different size in China? I’d rather not have to pay a muffler shop to do this for me. I’d like to find the proper elbow if possible.
