Rear dash cam install ?

Didn't see anything after searching, but what's the easiest way to run a cable for a rear dash cam, along the top, or go the bottom? I've got a coupe. Its a bit hard for me to get back there and I'm not sure how to remove any of those panels,so I'm hoping I can just tuck it in easily like the front.

I ran mine along the floor and around the back seat, then along the roof liner. It was very easy to do and has not moved since I installed the cable. A 3 meter USB cable was more than long enough.
