Okay well all was good for 3 weeks and now the noise is starting to come back but slowly on the same wheel rear passenger side when braking. Do the caliper bolts need to be torques or just tight with a ratchet.

,i there anymore ideas. Does the slider pins need to be torques and should one use lock ,tight on them. I think will pull apart again and lube everything up again. Might even put the new pads on and hardware. The brake pads and rotors where replace by Honda when I got the car at 88,000 km and now only at 104,000km

rear disc brakes unfortunately all have a tendency to tighten and seize over time, even just a few months. Blue lock tite on the caliper bolts I do all the time, not caliper pins as they tend to break when they get older. If you use factory specs they shuoldn't be loosening.
