Rear brake rotor wear

Noticed this wear pattern on my rear brakes. They were serviced by Honda about 1.5 years ago, not sure if they fudged something up.

What do you guys think?

How often do you drive your car? Looks like the rotors rust and you don't use the brakes enough to take the rust off the rotors when you do drive it. A couple good 80-5 stops usually will take all the rust off a rotor if you have a decent build up.

On average I drive it 5 days a week, short drives. I have tried braking from high speed and nothing has made a difference.

Typical rust build up I see after a week of not driving clears up after one drive as one would expect so this isn't behaving like that.
