Welp just as I thought my day couldn’t get any worse this happens. Ordered the boot from Honda already for 12 usd so it’s not too pricey. Looked around the forums but I really couldn’t find too much about replacing the boot anyone here have any experience with this that can give me tips? Thanks fml ?

It looks like you may have activated the parking brake while the caliper was removed. Is that what happened? If so, I'd replace the entire caliper as there could be other internal damage that you won't know until it's too late.

I personally didn't know the boot could be replaced. Probably not worth the trouble replacing because you'll need a very clean, dry, and fluid-free caliper so the sealant will stick. And they are a pain in the dick to do anything with.
