Coming up on 15K on stock tires, and with semi-cold weather in North Carolina I don't want them to be hazardous. . Can't afford to get new wheels right now, so I'm looking for some options for replacing on 20" rims. I'd like something with decent performance that is all weather. I've heard great things about Michelin Pilot Sports. They're pricey, but if I have to then I have to. Other options? I want some more protection from bumps and potholes, what's best 255/35/20, 250/35/20, 245/35/20 or something else altogether? And lastly what website, etc. would you recommend purchasing them from? Thanks so much in advance.

If you want all season: Continental DWS06, General GMAX AS-05 are some good tires.

True but it isn't that drastic of difference to be worrisome to me. Been running this size in two different types of tires since 2019 and haven't gotten a ticket...yet?

Ill be in the same boat come time for a replacement. If i havent saved up for new wheels, ill likely end up with that setup. My ocd will just annoy me knowing the speedo isnt accurate?

I had the GMAX AS-05 on my old car. They grip really well but are loud at freeway speeds.
yea had them on my old car as well. I would call it a budget Continental DWS06

my plan is when summer comes back ill put the 20s back on. probably get 3 summers out of the original tires.
