Nice wheels, but do yourself a favor, and get the 18x9.5", 38mm. You won't get the concave spokes with the 8.5", 45mm.

If you go with a 235/40-18 you absolutely won't rub. Any bigger tire size might require a fender roll. I have Eibach Sportlines, deeper drop than the Pro Kits, and have used 9.5", with 38mm, and 40mm, as well as 35mm (235/40's) and haven't had any issues with rubbing. Currently on 18x9.5", 40mm with 245/40's, and - .9° of camber (adjustable Godspeed arms) and have no rubbing. My rear fenders are rolled almost flat though, had to do that due to taking most of the negative camber out of the rear wheels.
