i wanted a white one, but after seeing championship white next a white one it looked kinda yellowish tint to it. Now, this is my number one choice.
I hope they have a red one for me to get soon. Looks so good.

its a heritage color, the very first Japanese F1 car to win the Grand Prix was in Championship white.

didn't know that. I like having a heritage color for sporty type of cars. Back in the early days of Formula one German cars were painted Silver, Italians were painted Red, British were Racing Green, French were French blue and Japan were White with the rising sun.

Got to take it out on the track yesterday! I went to Dominion Raceway in Thornburg, Va for a "Track Attack" event with a couple of buddies (Stage 2 Golf R and Stage 1 M3) and did the 2 mile road course- although it was paced and no passing with about 15 cars, it was a great way to learn a bit more about the Typer R. I have over 1200 mikes on it, and have done a bunch of back roads, but being on the track in a controlled environment was fantastic! Another photographer buddy took some pics:

After the road course event, I did 2 runs on a rolling 1/8th against the R and the M3. Although I didn't win (I already knew I wouldn't lol) it was a fun couple of runs. I also took some pics of my buddies 17' GTR that he brought. I should have those edited pics finished in the next couple of days

If you don't mind me asking, where did you get the brochure from? My dealer didn't have any when I picked up the car unfortunately, and I've been calling dealerships around town asking for one or two or three.
