@romiata

Sort of off topic, but sort of not (since it's in your pics with the R)...how long have you had the Garage Deck flooring and are you happy with it? Debating putting it in my garage next spring, but not sure as it'll cost quite a bit more than putting down a high quality, high solids content epoxy.
I actually just did the garage on June 6, 2017. I used Speedway tiles that I bought from Amazon. My garage is about 350 sq.ft and I bought 8 boxes (4 black, 4 silver) and 15 female end pieces. Here is a link to the Amazon black tiles:

Speedway Garage Tile 789453B-50 Diamond Garage Floor 6 LOCK Diamond Tile 50 Pack, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DMRYYZO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_xBjFMHSpK94VR

And the silver:

Speedway Garage Tile 789453S-50 Diamond Garage Floor 6 LOCK Diamond Tile 50 Pack, Silver https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DMRYXIC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_rTjdJ6PVFz7Ky

And the female end pieces:

Speedway Garage Tile F789453B Garage Floor Female Ramp Edges with Loops, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00Y0ZQP9Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_FSZBqstvQmfGS

They are very easy to install: I started in the front corner of the garage (left facing toward it) and then used my foot to "click" them together. It took about 2.5 hours to do the entire garage. Cutting the tiles took another 2 hours or so..

Here are pics of the garage, before and after: IMG_2249.JPG IMG_2259.JPG IMG_2261.JPG IMG_2275.JPG IMG_2276.JPG IMG_2277.JPG IMG_2278.JPG

Good luck and let me know if you need anything

Those magazine quality pics need your personal watermark on them, just in case some auto review websites rip them off.

You should consider doing series of shoots for all CTR colors. This car deserves to have its beauty enshrined in high quality pics.
Thanks! I'll shoot as many as I can find lol I know of a CW near me- I was actually offered it when the dealership got it. I passed knowing I would get the one I bought, especially as theirs was marked up $5k. Hopefully I'll meet up with him and other owners locally.

I did meet a touring at my favorite ice cream shop lol

I've used watermarks before, but some people crop it out or blur it, unfortunately. I've contacted eBay sellers that have used my photos without permission, and they usually comply, but then it'll pop up again lol I know my photo, and if need by can prove it, but I'm not really into recognition tbh.

Thanks again for the kind words!

Looking good! Congrats! The tint really sets it off. I'm loving the 4th pic from the bottom. The car with the water in the background...amazing

I think I am lucky in that they didn't add anything over the MSRP. It was my best new car buying experience to date and will buy from them again, even though it's 100 miles from my home lol

Congrats, that looks great. Don't know what brand of polish or wax they used, but looks fantastic.
I work at Honda dealership in Ohio and we delivered a blue Type R to a customer on Monday. He had been waiting ever since he heard they were coming out. We sold it for MSRP, no ripoff mark up. Wish we could get another to sell, but only one this year. Enjoy it's an awesome looking car.

Heard from a good source that Honda dealers selling at MSRP will get a 2nd round TypeR for 2017.

Thanks! I haven't had a polish done just yet- it's scheduled to have ceramic coating done this Wednesday, so I'm stoked to see how deep that make the color!
That's great that your dealership didn't mark it up too!

Great photos!

This must be how that Hong Kong businessman felt when his million dollar Romanian Escort showed up at his apartment.

Unfortunately no =[ someone decided he wanted to slam on brakes on interstate traffic for no reason!

red looks amazing!!!!!!!

HEADS UP TO SOUTH FLORIDA MEMBERS: If you are in the Miami/Homestead area, if you want to see several Type R's you can go to Largo Honda, 3rd floor. I went today to see if they had an SI... they have 10+ on the lot but the Sales guy also mentioned he had several Type R's.... Honda recently had a South Florida Type R driving event at the Homestead Speedway and all of the cars that they used are parked at this dealership. They are not for sale, Honda eventually will be picking them up but if you just wanted to see them in different colors they have red, blue, and white. The car is very impressive, it was cool and unexpected to see that many in one dealer :)

Also I hit 500 miles two days ago! I haven't gone full wot yet, but I have driven on some curvy back roads and it handles phenomenally!! I might take it to the Back of the Dragon (33 miles of curvy VA roads vs 11 of the tail of the Dragon) this week, but I will be tracking it on June 30th and July 14th at Dominion Raceway. They have an event called Track Attack where you get three 20 min runs on the 2 mile road course, with an instructor. I did a similar event last year with my CR-Z, and it's great to get out there and see what you and your car can do!

Here is there webpage link:

and their fb event (hopefully the link works right)
