Quick release steering wheel/ air bag delete

Anyone think about doing airbag delete and throwing a quick release wheel on? Haha I feel silly saying this, but common they just look pretty dope. I dont know if it's even possible though, would a engine light come on? Also would it affect inspection/ insurance? Thanks fam

Makes sense in a race car. Doesnt make sense to me in a street car unless you plan on wearing a harness and a full face helmet.
